Champagne Rosé Soléra – Perpetual Reserve
Crafted through the traditional Solera method, Histoire de Rosé blends several years of Pinot Noir rosé reserve wines, resulting in a Champagne of depth, harmony and remarkable aromatic intensity. Each new vintage enriches the perpetual reserve, adding layers of complexity while preserving the lively freshness of young wines.
On the palate, this cuvée offers fine balance: delicate red fruit notes, subtle spices and a refined texture carried by a long, elegant finish. Its character reflects both the richness of Les Riceys’ Pinot Noir and the timeless patience of the Solera ageing process.
A singular and expressive Champagne, ideal for gastronomic pairings or moments when you want to share a story in every glass.
Food pairings: perfect with tuna tataki, duck breast with red berries, or aged Comté.
